Processing time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment being confirmed. You'll receive an email once your order ships.

Delivery timeframes

• Within Lagos: 1–3 business days
• Other states in Nigeria: 3–7 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed — factors like weather, courier delays, and address accuracy can affect delivery.

Delivery fees

Delivery fees are not included in your order total at checkout. Once your order is ready, we'll assign a dispatch rider and communicate the delivery fee to you directly. This fee is payable to the rider at the point of delivery.

Failed or delayed deliveries

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact our customer service team with your order reference so we can investigate.
